Circular Brush - 250 x 23 x 32 mm - Steel Wire Ø 0,30 mm
Circular brushes
The using speed of a brush can be:
- brushing of steel: 20 up to 25 m/sec.
- brushing of non-ferrous: 15 up to 20 m/sec.
- brushing of synthetical materials: 10 up to 15 m/sec.
These are indicatives and valid using speeds for a wire of Ø 0,30 mm.
Ohter parameters can influence the choice of a brush:
Ohter parameters can influence the choice of a brush:
- the diameter of the wire
- length of the wire (L)
- the nature of the wire
- the rotation speed
The best results are obtained by applying lightly, just enough to maintain the tip of the wires in contact with the worked piece.
Avoid pressing too hard
If a high pressure on the brush is necessary to obtain an effective brushin, choose a harder brush (thicker wire) or increause the rotation speed. Brushes with a Ø 0,1 mm wire must operate at a lower speed.
